Ordering

As a sustainable brand, GREEN CULT do not keep large stock quantities in warehouses. If the item you like is out of stock, please contact us or leave your email for notification on the product page. We periodically restock our collections.

For in-stock items, orders are shipped within up to 3 calendar days. In case of any delays, customers will be notified additionally.

Payment

Orders are accepted only with full prepayment.

We work with secure Ukrainian payment systems that ensure full protection and anonymity of your banking data. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

Delivery

Within Ukraine, we ship via Nova Poshta. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International shipping is handled by a courier service selected by the store depending on the destination, such as DHL / Nova Poshta Global (UPS) / Ukrposhta, to the address provided at checkout. The fixed shipping cost is approximately €15 (or 750 UAH).

Delivery costs and timeframes depend on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We do not ship to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia, or Belarus.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of items of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the item must not have been worn, the original appearance of the product and packaging must be preserved, and the item must be clean and free from stains or any external odors.

Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days from the moment the returned item is received and approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
