Refund policy

For returns and exchanges, we accept items of proper quality within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: the item must not have been used, the original appearance of the product and packaging (including tags) must be preserved, and the item must be clean and free from any external odors such as perfume, detergent, or others.

Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days from the moment the returned item is received and approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
