The GREEN CULT is a boutique Ukrainian women's clothing brand made from natural materials, founded in 2021 and reborn in 2023 due to the war.

Elena sought to create a brand that embodies a slower, more thoughtful approach: where each item is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, where traditions hold more value than fleeting trends, and where every piece serves a purpose.

The brand's mission is to promote the idea of sustainable fashion by creating a wardrobe that goes beyond simple everyday wear and inspires women to make positive changes, offering the opportunity to express their individuality, stay stylish, and care for the environment simultaneously.

"The Cult Nymph" is the main heroine who chooses GREEN CULT. She takes care of herself and everything around her, relishing in her naturalness because that's what sets her apart. She is strong and yet tender, with a passion for life.

The crown of thorns in our logo, as one of the expressions of the brand's DNA, was chosen deliberately. It carries symbolism of nature, its strength, and beauty that resides in every woman, regardless of age, shape, or status. It also embodies the rebirth of a new, conscious fashion.

  • SELECTION OF MATERIALS

Currently, our collections already feature the following eco-friendly materials:

    • Eucalyptus (Tencel)
    • Hemp of Ukrainian origin;
    • Organic Cotton
    • Peaceful Silk
    • Undyed Ecru Denim
    • Natural Linen
    • Natural Silk
  • RESEARCH OF THE PROPERTIES OF ECO FABRICS

Before selecting fabrics for our collections, we thoroughly research their beneficial properties and educate our customers about them. For instance, eucalyptus can be worn by people with skin issues, and hemp products genuinely protect the skin from UV radiation.

  • CERTIFICATION

We take a responsible approach to selecting fabric suppliers and conduct our own internal testing to ensure material compliance. The factories and suppliers we work with hold quality certificates that meet both national standards (European verification standards DSTU ENISO/IEC 17025:2019) and international requirements (GOTS).

  • LOCAL PRODUCTION

All of our products are manufactured locally in Ukraine to reduce transportation emissions and support local communities. For the same reason, we prioritize local textile producers if their fabric compositions meet our standards, such as Ukrainian-sourced hemp fabrics.

  • CULTURE OF MINIMALISM

We do not maintain large stockpiles of collections to avoid the need for disposal later. One of our principles is to avoid producing items for single use, which is reflected in our focus on simple yet impactful designs—from clothing to packaging, which is also entirely eco-friendly.

  • AVOIDING PLASTIC

Today, the term 'sustainable' has become a trendy buzzword, often used even by those who don't fully adhere to sustainability principles. However, for us, it's not just words. We are committed to eliminating plastic from our collections and packaging, so our products and packaging are entirely biodegradable. We strive to be an example of a responsible approach to fashion, where caring for the planet is a priority rather than a marketing gimmick.
